I already have this Data Module. Do I need to buy this again for it to work on Digital Download version 6?

No, you do not need to buy this module again. You just need to buy the Digital Download version 6 Core Application upgrade. The upgrader will look for previously installed Digital Download data modules and automatically copy them over to the Digital Download version 6 application.

I have Starry Night Digital Download version 5, and I just want to buy more modules. Can I do that?

The data modules now on sale only work with Starry Night Digital Download version 6. You must buy the Digital Download Version 6 Core Application upgrade in order for the newly-purchased modules to work.

Data modules for Starry Night version 5 are no longer available for purchase.

Should I un-install my previous version of Digital Download before installing the new Digital Download version 6 core application and modules?

NO, do NOT un-install your previous version of Digital Download version 5! If you are upgrading from Digital Download version 5 to Digital Download version 6, it is REQUIRED that version 5 be found on your system. This is required to confirm that you are eligible for the upgrade, but more importantly to transfer any Data Modules that you have previously purchased and installed from your copy of Digital Download version 5 to your installation of Digital Download version 6.

Can I keep two versions of Digital Download running on the same computer?

Yes, however, for security reasons we only allow either Digital Download Version 5 OR Version 6 to be registered on your computer at one time. If you input your license key for Digital Download version 6, you will have to re-input your Digital Download version 5 license key to use Digital Download version 5 again.

After your purchase of the Core Application, Core Application Upgrade or Data Module, you will receive an email with the subject line of:

License Key and Download Link for Starry Night Digital Download 6, if you ordered the Core Application or Core Application Upgrade

Download Link for Starry Night Digital Download 6 Data Module, if you ordered a Data Module

This email contains an encrypted link to the download page.

Follow the instructions on the page to download and install.

When prompted, enter your name and License Key EXACTLY as they appear in the email you received upon purchase of the Digital Download 6 Core Application or Core Application Upgrade.

You must have already purchased the Starry Night Digital Download Core or Core Application Upgrade in order to download and install the Digital Download Data Modules.

To run Starry Night® Digital Download you need:

Windows: Requires Windows XP, 500 MHz or higher processor, 128 MB RAM and 900 MB of hard disk space. 32 MB OpenGL capable graphics card. Minimum recommended monitor resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels.

Macintosh: Universal Binary runs natively on Intel and PPC Macintosh computers. Requires OS X 10.3.9 or higher, G3 450 MHz or higher processor, 128 MB RAM and 900 MB of hard disk space. Will not run on OS 9.x or earlier. 32 MB OpenGL capable graphics card. Minimum recommended monitor resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels.

Basic support for joysticks recognized by Windows XP and Mac OS X.

Starry Night 6.0.6 will run on a Windows Vista computer provided the latest graphics card Vista drivers supporting hardware-accelerated OpenGL are installed. At present, there are Vista drivers that do not support hardware-accelerated OpenGL to the extent required by Starry Night. This is beyond our control.

The following graphics cards have been successfully tested against Starry Night on Windows Vista using latest manufacturer's drivers:

nVidia: 7600, 7300, 6600, 6200
ATI: X1900, X1650, X1550, X1300, X800 (non-AGP only)
